Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled experience are eligible for full refunds. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to cancellation fees. Experiences canceled by nimble-glen due to weather or safety concerns receive full refunds.
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. While we take extensive safety precautions, participants assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being during trail experiences. nimble-glen is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from participation in guided experiences.
