All bookings are processed through our main booking form on the homepage. Email inquiries for availability can take longer to process than direct online bookings.

Weather Cancellations

We monitor conditions continuously and will contact you directly if a scheduled experience needs to be rescheduled due to safety concerns.

Group Bookings

Private group experiences for parties larger than our standard maximums can be arranged. Contact us at least three weeks in advance for custom arrangements.
